History at a glance
(1989) Established export and import trading company supplying various materials and commercial goods to major hotels and office buildings.
(1995) Emigrated to Canberra, Australia
(1997) opened Kashan Real Estate
Two outstanding development projects Ben has been actively involved with:
(1999 -2000) Dunlop, ACT, a large new estate with suburb record sales
(2002) Jerrabomberra, NSW, a multi- award winning project.
(2003 – present) Focus on construction projects in the residential and commercial property markets in ACT and surrounding NSW areas
(2009) – New focus on international sales in Malaysia and Dubai
Back in 1989 Ben initially commenced sales and marketing as a Principal in Malaysia, where he established a successful international import/export business marketing and distribing housing supplies and commercial goods to many of the major hotel and office building projects.
After migrating to Australia in 1995, he joined the Housing Industry Association (HIA) Australia and commenced business in the Real Estate and construction industry. At that time he also studied Civil Engineering in Canberra and received his diploma in Business management.
Ben commenced his Australian operations in 1997, primarily supplying building services to the Australian Capital Territory Region. Over the next few years, he rapidly expanded his presence in both the ACT and surrounding NSW residential property markets. Operations included property development, construction, management, marketing and sales of residential properties. His focus has always been in new house and land packages, as well as being involved in many smaller residential and commercial construction projects over the years.
With his past 14 years real estate and construction experience Ben has laid the foundation for Kashan Real Estate to become an active and community minded participant in the Australian Capital Territory and surrounding NSW regions. He has also participated as an advisor to the ACT government involving major decisions with regard to the expansion and development of the ACT Capital region.
Today, Ben currently holds ACT and NSW Real Estate licences and annually attends the Capital Continuing Professional Development Workshops. The company also holds an A class builder's license.
Being very “hands on” Ben directly manages and supervises all the various stages of development and construction of Kashan Real Estate projects, as well as, manages the numerous sales and marketing activities of the company. He always takes prime responsibility for all aspects of each investment proposal from initial feasibility study to final utilisation or sale. He ensures that any project undertaken by Kashan Real Estate company becomes a valued asset to the client and/ or communities.
